Kenyatta Hospital Private Wing Doctors Plaza

Kenyatta National Hospital was established in 1901 and it became a state corporation in 1987. It was built with the aim of it being a national referral hospital and a hospital that can serve as a learning institution. The hospital is used as a medical research Facility. It has a 50 ward capacity and 22 outpatient clinic. It has 8 general theaters and 16 which are specialized. It has about 209 beds for the outpatient and 1591 bed for inpatient.
The hospital has an accident and emergency department that serves all emergency cases received by the hospital. The hospital has a doctor plaza where some of the specialists offer consultancy at a part time basis. The doctor plaza consist of 60 suites.
